I’m experimenting with the Yuangu YG-T92 4G tracker from China and was wondering if the Ruhavik platform supports it? Or if there are generic settings that can enable me to use it.

Many trackers have different names but work on the same protocols. Accordingly, when connecting a device that is not in the list of integrated ones, you can try to select another type of device from the integrated ones. In this case, we recommend focusing on the protocol used by the tracker as well as SMS commands that your tracker understands and responds to.

If you don’t have documentation for your tracker, you can try sending common SMS commands from popular models listed in the article. If the tracker responds, it may help identify the protocol it uses.
Many devices share protocols under different names, so selecting a different supported model might also work.
