In this case, it’s better to contact the device manufacturer directly.
Such problems may be associated with either incorrect installation of the device (the device may be located in a place where communication is periodically unavailable) or a malfunction of the device.
If you’re using our apps, you can write to us at support@gps-trace.com, specifying unit ID, then we can check for device data additionally and probably try to help somehow.
