Problem with MVT340 HELP

Hi, my MVT340 is currently running at Orange server. Now I want to change to GPS Trace but fail. Pls advise what I have missed out. I have already pointed the unit to the new IP 193.193.165.37 port 27661.

Try configure on 193.193.165.37:27661. On the debag channel the data are parsed.
If not work, try configure to debug 193.193.165.37:24679 again.

We haven’t made any changes from our side that could cause this issue. You can see the messages received from your tracker in Unit menu - Tools – Toolbox. There you can see that your tracker closed the connection and did not connect since that.
First of all make sure if your tracker is turned on, request the data from your tracker on its current location and date/time and check if the received information is correct. Also try to query the current tracker settings and check if the data transmission is activated and the data transmission intervals are set.
Also check if the SIM card is working and its balance is positive and if the data transfer limits are not exceeded. When doing this you can send us the screenshots here or via support@gps-trace.com.
