First of all, we want to say that more than 25,000 Concox devices work well on our platform. In this case, most likely, you are doing something wrong when setting up your device or object in the application. In that case, let’s find out.

And direct your device to the server and port specified in Unit settings on the Hardware tab. – https://help.gurtam.space/en/article/configuring-and-deleting-a-unit
As soon as your device starts sending data in messages to the server, you will immediately see it in the application.
If after these steps the device does not work, then write to us at support@gps-trace.com. In the letter, indicate the login and ID of the units that you created and send the configuration of at least one device.
We want to point out that if 25,000 units had connection problems, we would know about it, obviously there is some kind of configuration error on your side.
