Stationary Position Ping/Update

Is it possible to see the current position for device or does it only track trips? I’m setting this up remote to the vehicle so not in a position to take it for a test-drive and see if that wakes anything up.

I have a TK119 Eelink device which I’ve had for over a year but thought I’d try and set it up under Ruhavik since the Sky200 initial 12month access that came with the device has now expired. The TK119 provides location etc if I send it a text message. I’ve also gone through and sent it commands to set the Ruhavik settings and the APN settings for the network provider and all seems to be correct - but I can’t see the device on the Ruhavik map.
