Sending GPRS Command to a FMU130

Hi there! First of all congrat for the good job you’re going!

I’m going to buy the Premium after reading in one of your announcement that it’s possible to send GPRS commands. My question is how can I send my custom GPRS command? It’s possible really? Example sending: “setdigout ?11 ? 600 ? ? 60 60″ to stop the motorcycle engine at less than 60kmph and activate the alarm.
I’m using right now this very simple app https://apps.apple.com/ar/app/gps-tracker/id1381226986 to customize the buttons it offers and your free app version like map and graphic tracker. But I really want to use just your app!

Please provide us with your tracker model and we will try to help you with custom commands.
By the way, custom commands are only available with Premium subscriptions.

Custom commands are not integrated for all trackers, so we ask for your tracker model to check.
We would also like to know which custom commands you would like to use and for what? What result do you want to get?

Hi Rost!

My apologize for the delay. I had personal problems to fix.
Now I’ve acquired PREMIUM Subscription. I can see all the possibilities the app now have, but I cannot sen GPRS custom command like “setdigout ?11 ? 600 ? ? 60 60″ where it means interrupt fuel pump through DIG OUT 1 during 60 sec and when the motorcycle ride under 60KPH. I used to send this command through SMS and works perfect, but I cannot through the app.
The tracker is Teltonika FMU130.
I appreciate a lot you help. Unfortunately, in my country is terrible how people lost their motorcycle in hands of thieves.

In the GPS-Trace platform, command responses can be viewed in two places:

SetBox - which you’ve already found
Toolbox - for checking connection logs and command history (except for legacy category devices)

The technical response you’re receiving (with timestamp, response status, etc.) is a system-level confirmation that the command was delivered. However, if you’re expecting a specific format response like “CargoLight(CL3)”, this might be related to device-specific configuration.

To help resolve this issue, please:

Check if your device is properly configured to send responses in the expected format
Verify the command syntax is correct for your device model

Unit ID
Device model and firmware version
Expected command response format
