If we understand correctly, you upgraded from Premium 5 to Premium 10 yesterday. Often, the subscription can be checked by Google Play or the App Store for a while.
Therefore, you may have this problem.

As we can see now 2 units are blocked and these units are with Premium-5 subscription. Just change the subscription type in the unit’s Common settings.
