We received an emails from you, and asked you to check basic things on device’s side.
Also we asked you to send us screenshot of device configuration and we didn’t receive an answer from you.
So we can’t help and even check anything without device’s configuration.
So, please write us again and send screenshot of device’s configuration,then we can check and try to help with your tracker.
