    Hello, AndriiKipel ,

Thank you for writing to us!

We were aware of this issue and were working on fixing it.
For several days, the system incorrectly processed data and therefore the device could constantly disconnect and try to reconnect, which could cause increased traffic consumption.

Now the problem is solved and as we checked with your unit everything is fine now.

    We apologize for the inconvenience!

We also recommend that you do not indicate the device ID on the forum, but write about such problems to us directly at support@gps-trace.com, because your ID can be used by intruders.

We also checked your unit, and as we can see, the device often sends packets without geolocation, this can consume a lot of traffic, we recommend that you disable sending packets without geolocation on the device. On this issue, we recommend contacting the seller or manufacturer of the device.

    AndriiKipel ,

Also we rechecked the data from your tracker and as we additionally checked, your device could not use up 250 MB in a day. According to our approximate calculations, traffic could increase by about a few times. But it’s still hundreds of times less than you specified.

Thank you. Check with the operator. And you can also ask to check:

also the same problem … (yellow green)

        Hello, AndriiKipel ,

We haven’t received that much traffic from your device. We looked at the traffic for the last 7 days and we see that we have not received more than half of 1 megabyte of data.

To be more precise, we received 461671 bytes of data. We do not mark the volume of login packages, however, they cannot be large in volume. Thus, we cannot say why your device consumed so much data, and this case requires additional verification.

We rechecked period from 01/01/2022 of data from your device.
In general, more than 50 MB could not be received since January 1, 2022. Because if more data came in, the oldest data would be deleted automatically.
Accordingly, we can conclude that if the device did not send this data to us, then perhaps the problem lies somewhere else.
