Identify 2g and 3g info in GPS Tracker

I have 3g tracker CJ790. Now from the picture attached
—–> I am unable to identify that the GSM network is connected with 2G or 3G because there is no information.
—-> Other problem is that it shows time which is older as I think it should show new time and position. However in this condition car battery voltage still varies. (time remains same)
—-> Another issue is GPS position shows some movement even the car is in a static position
A picture is attached,
—-> refresh rate of this app is large (15 seconds fixed) however on the web it is 10s

Anyone is facing similar issues are has any solution then plz suggest a solution. I am using “yuntrack” app
