the problem is solved, the server change is successful with the following conditions
if the admin phone number is registered already then “adminip123456 serverIP port” is not responding, no matter home many SMS u r doing to it.
if “noadmin” or “begin123456″ will remove admin or reset the device then I can change server ip many times till the admin user is registered.
I have verified many times that after reset if I register the admin phone first, then adminip not responding. after removing admin number this SMS command works.
Is this normal for trackers that “adminip” will not work after admin phone registration?
the system is working as Xeelectech LK210 port 21368, I have configured it, and was working but after a few minutes it was offline,
