CJ790D 3G GPS tracker unknown rotocol

Hello Everyone,
I have a CJ790D 3G GPS tracker with SOS, relay, and microphone. I want to know the protocol of my device, it is working on 10 digit ID instead of an IMEI. currently, it is compatible with “yuntrack” android app and works on the “gpscj.net” platform. Most commands are terminated by “#”.
“param1” command shows the IP address 113.98.254.178:7700
some other commands which are supported by this device are
tracker123456#
monitor123456#
rst
check123456#
555–>oil cut off
666–>resume oil
imei123456#
upload12456 time
sleep123456 off
admin123456 phone number

but
adminip123456 IP port this command is not responding, I have tried to change the IP and ports of other servers but it is neither changing the IP nor replying.

Model/company name is not mentioned on this tracker.
anyone from this forum can identify the protocol?

Unfortunately, having searched for information on the Internet, we did not find commands to change the server address and port for your tracker.

Perhaps your tracker is locked for use only on the original platform of the manufacturer.

As far as we understand, the manufacturer of this device is Yuntraсk. Try contacting them or the seller directly to clarify this issue.

I will try to contact manufacturer or seller. but is it possible to update its firmware or can we identify its protocol from sms commands?

Unfortunately, based on SMS commands, we cannot identify the protocol of the device.
One of the most important commands for configuring the device does not work on the device. In general, if you can point the device to our server, we can help with protocol identification. However, first you need to understand why the device does not respond to the SMS command to change the server.

If you succeed in changing the server, just email us again, then we can help.

the problem is solved, the server change is successful with the following conditions
if the admin phone number is registered already then “adminip123456 serverIP port” is not responding, no matter home many SMS u r doing to it.
if “noadmin” or “begin123456″ will remove admin or reset the device then I can change server ip many times till the admin user is registered.
I have verified many times that after reset if I register the admin phone first, then adminip not responding. after removing admin number this SMS command works.

Is this normal for trackers that “adminip” will not work after admin phone registration?

the system is working as Xeelectech LK210 port 21368, I have configured it, and was working but after a few minutes it was offline,
