This can happen if your device simply did not send data to the system for a while. From our side, there have been no problems with trip detection lately.
Check with your carrier immediately to see if there were any communication problems at the time when the trip should have been decided.
If you can’t find the reason, write to us at support@gps-trace.com with the login, unit ID and device type. Also indicate the time when the trip should have been detected, but not detected.
