Hello from Bali,. I have a problem with my TKstar TK905. First time I set and use the default password 123456, the tracker works well. Sms command, Apps Winnes and TKstar even Web access are good BUT after I change/edit the password via Web then the Sms not working any more Both Apps, Winnes and TKstar, can work with the new password but NOT the Sms command. I still can wake up the tracker with phone call. Any suggestion will be appreciated Thanks a lot::

We can try to help you, but its look like you are using wrong password to your tracker.
Can you please send us a screenshot of the SMS commands that you sent to your device?
Most likely you changed the password to your device using one of the command.

To recover your password, you need to do the following:

When you enter the application, use the "“Forgot password?”" function, after which an email with a link to reset your password will be sent to the email associated with your account.
Follow the link in the email and create a new password.
Return to the login page https://ruhavik.gurtam.space/auth/login and enter your username and new password.

As we understand your TK-Star TK905 tracker is using LBS (cell tower location) instead of GPS, which is causing location errors.

Here are some steps to fix this issue:

Place your tracker outdoors with a clear view of the sky
Make sure the device has sufficient battery charge
Allow the device 5-15 minutes to acquire GPS satellites
Check if the GPS antenna is properly connected and not damaged
Restart the device while in an open area

LBS positioning is much less accurate than GPS and is used as a fallback when GPS signals cannot be received. Once your tracker establishes a good GPS connection, it should automatically switch from LBS to GPS positioning and provide more accurate location data.
