Since your device belongs to the legacy category, it is possible that the data from the tracker is not completely parsed.

Try to connect your device to our system (create a unit) using Cantrack (general protocol without indexes and numbers) as the device type. Please note that after selecting a different device type, you will need to redirect your tracker to a new server and port, which will be indicated in the unit card in Settings - Hardware tab.
