I don’t think the problem is just with my account. I have created a new account and it’s the same problem. It is no errors displayed. Simple, if you change the IMEI and click “Save”, the standard “connecting” window appears. The ID / IMEI remains as it was before - the change is not saved. It is the same with the application on the phone as with the web.


The test result and screen are attached. In the first picture, the changed IMEI. In the second picture, the screen after pressing Save. As you can see, the entered IMEI number has not been saved.
