Como bloquear o veículo pelo aplicativo?

Good afternoon,

It depends on which device you are using.
For some devices, this feature can be found in the unit’s Setbox.
Please check info about Setbox here. – https://help.gurtam.space/en/article/tools

Also for some devices, it is possible to block vehicles from the unit card on the “Units” tab.

Please specify what type of device (model) do you use?

Also keep in mind that the device must be properly connected for the commands to work correctly, test the commands only when your vehicle is stationary, as there have been cases when the engine was accidentally turned off while driving. Be careful.

Boa tarde, estou utilizando um FM1120. E no painel de comando aparece apenas envio de comandos por texto. Quero que apareça envio de comando por TCP Digital. Sem ser por Texto.

    Dear FranciscaFariasFrota,

You can send a command to a tracker in our application either from SetBox or Commands Panel.
In both cases, to configure such a command , you will need to know its syntax, which is better to check with the tracker manufacturer.
After setting up the command, you do not need to enter text to execute them, they can be directed by pressing a single button in the application.
Perhaps these links to the Wiki Knowledge Base will be useful to you:

We also recommend that you contact the manufacturer with a question about the syntax of commands, as he is better versed in his product and knows its features.

We have also sent you an answer to your question via email.

If you have any additional questions, do not hesitate to write to us, we are always happy to help.

    Goodnight!

Does the ST310U have possibilities to place this command within the application?

    until then I use SendBox

      Dear borisbnh ,

As far as we can see in the technical documentation, the type of your device Suntech ST310U allows you to block one relay, so you can send the appropriate command from the application to the tracker. At the same time, we draw your attention to the fact that the following conditions must be met: the tracker and the relay must be correctly installed and working.
After this you can send the command through SetBox or, if you have a premium subscription, Commands Panel from the application interface.

If you have further questions please let us know we try to help you.

It is already configured and installed correctly in the vehicle, I can even block it through Setbox, I just thought there would be a simpler possibility, I say directly from the Ruhavik application itself

        borisbnh,

You are right about this, an easier way is available to our users with a paid subscription, through the Commands Panel.

If you have any questions about subscriptions or Commands Panel, please let us know we try to answer.

My doubt is on the command line, how should I use it? as if you were sending an SMS? for example, on the ST310U, the blocking command by SMS is done via SMS as follows:

          “ST300CMD;IMEI;02;Enable1″

Inside the setbox, I just don’t understand how the command works, whether by SMS, or in direct contact with the equipment.

            Hello borisbnh ,

The commands in Setbox and Commands panel are working based on direct TCP/UDP connection with the device.
There is no option in Setbox to send commands via SMS.

The syntax of TCP commands depends on the device itself and the manufacturer’s protocol.
Also in Setbox, there are preconfigured commands that do not need to be written manually. If your device is connected, you can send them to your device.

As for setting up your own commands, the syntax (payload) of commands must be checked with the Tracker manufacturer.
For example, a custom command payload for your device might look like this:
Request the device of family ST300 and ident 100850000 to report parameters setting values and current device status
            {“payload”:“ST300CMD;100850000;02;Preset”}
