First of all, it is important to understand that a separate server address and port can be allocated for each individual unit in the system.
Therefore, you should direct the device to the server address and port you see in the Common unit settings. For more info about unit settings, please check by the link. – https://help.gurtam.space/en/article/configuring-and-deleting-a-unit
If you have problems with unit creation, please write to us at support@gps-trace.com indicating the login, unit ID and device type. Also, specify in an email to which server address and port you are directing the device, then we can check additionally.
