Check the following things in the device configuration:
1) IP and port configuration(IP and port on the device must match those specified in the unit Common settings);
2) Data sending interval;
3) Also try to check device working mode, probably maybe it has changed and now the data does not come
If this does not help, please write to us at support@gps-trace.com indicating your login, unit id and device type, then we can check your issue additionally.
