The list of telemetry parameters displays only those parameters that came in messages from the moment the unit was created.
If you deleted and recreated a unit, then the messages with parameters that the unit sent before deleting were also deleted.

In this case, check the settings of your device, most likely the device does not send these parameters because there are no corresponding settings.
