In this case first of all you should check the Toolbox tool of your unit.
There, check if your device is trying to connect to the system and if it is sending messages.

If your device did not try to connect and does not send messages, you need to check next things on the device’s side:
1) APN configuration(don’t forget login and password, some APNs have them)
2) Sim-card balance and traffic limits
3) Data sending interval in device configuration
If the problem cannot be found, write us at email@example.com indicating login, unit id and device type. Also in the letter you can refer to this topic on the forum.
