No travel history. Does not build the traversed route.

Hello. Faced the problem of connecting the Proma Sat 1000 Next tracker. The problem is that the travel history is not displayed. Only the current location of the tracker is available.
I connected Proma Sat 1000 Next like Gosafe G3A. Through the ToolBox, you can see that the coordinates are received and saved, however, the trip history is not available in ruhavik.gps-trace. Please help me with this problem.

Perhaps in your situation there was an error in determining the validity parameter of the tracker position, as a result of which trips were not determined due to the invalid position.
Our specialists made corrections today for this case.
This will not correct the situation with the previously obtained data, however, the new data must be determined correctly and trips must be determined for them. Please, when you make new trips, check the data and write to us about the results.
