hi, i bought an TELTONIKA FMB140 , the kit is also composed by 3 BLE movement beacons by ELA INNOVATION. i intend to use it by your server and mobile app, of course before paying an montly or yearly subscription i need to be over sure on correct functioning of the system. The primary function of the system should be: receive push notification when sensors are moved receive push notification in general control by app the digital Outputs (DOUT1&2) provided by FMB140 in order to play the camper’s HORN and to perform immobilizer function acting on a relè in general to use all the function providend by your setbox tool that seems to be perfect for us. I represent a 120 people group campers owners who are intentionend to do the same following my test. As soon as I started to do the first tests I ran into this crippling problem: As in the image attached the “reading” phase does never stop , even if i whait a lot….of course any attempt to send a change command is useless. This is the frist important issue to resolve in order to get the system functioning so please help me! my device’s emei is: 354018110987991 thk you in advance!

This data transfer protocol does not guarantee the delivery and correct order of packets, while it is necessary to send commands and settings. Therefore, in this case, you need to configure your device to send data via TСP and then observe the operation of the commands, most likely, everything will work correctly. hi, i just changed the connection into TCP but still the same….stucked on “reading”…. …but the results as you see is the same of yesterday. if you prefer i can share the fmb140 config file…. let me know. tnk

SETBOX screen has changed but without increasing the timeout value. anyway now i changed the value increasing it 100 times. it seems to be stable but before installing the hw inside the camper machine i must be sure on correct functioning. in order to achive the above may it be useful send to you my device firmware to make you able to make a verify? thk in advance D.

Simple push notifications are available in the free subscription. - …and what about the notification app (telegram etc) Telegram, Email and Webhook notifications are available only with any of the premium subscriptions. -…and what about customization related to the events. As I understood there is no such possibility in app. At the moment, it is possible to send only notifications, which you can configure in the unit’s notification settings. hi , very good support! thk… about the last 2 reply… -my scope is to command the 2 DOUT, automatically in case of some events: actually the device, stand alone , seems to be capable of do someting only in case of some foreseen events but i need more. Now i can exploit douts only in case of….jamming, towing, ecc ….because does not have a custom scenarios programming page! my project provides the use of 3 movement beacon and i need to give a horn honk every time sensor goes in up state as antitefth deterrent as exaple….etc etc….i’m sure you uderstand me! i/o programming device screen does not provide any dout action in case of any event, i need to do exactly the same of above, i need to do somenting (dout1/2 on or off) in case of events …. can you help me on this? anyway im going to subscribe on premium account to use the messageing advanced function… thk in advance DM
