The IP and port for each unit may differ.
So, first of all, you should create a unit, and then in unit settings, you will find the necessary IP and port.
Also, if this does not help, try identifying your device on id.wialon.net as one of the Concox, Xexun or Coban devices. Then change device type in unit settings and point your device to the IP and port specified in the settings.
