SinoTrack ST-902W

I am trying to transfer this legacy device to gps-trace and have encountered issues I cannot solve alone.
The tracker works using the default IP and port bundled software, but changing the IP and port to gps-trace it fails to connect.
I believe I am using the correct IP and port 193.193.165.166 and 21853 for this device.
What is the correct port for this legacy device if not 21853?

I am using other/different legacy products with no issues. (ie Xeelectech XE209C port 21060)

Since trackers of different manufacturers and models work according to different protocols, it is difficult to say for sure whether your tracker corresponds to one of the protocols we support.
Please try to identify your tracker on id.wialon.net as one of the devices.
If your tracker is determined, take a screenshot, write down the name of the model of the tracker and the identified ID (may coincide with the IMEI, may be part of it with zero or without).
After that, return to the application in the unit settings (unit menu - Settings - Common Settings), specify the determined model and ID. After that, configure the tracker on the defined server and port.

But perhaps not eh.

I believe the protocol is h02, but I will email support at sinotrack to clarify this.

If you have defined it as ST-902 as you indicate by the link, then you can try to connect it as such a model.
If not, please try to identify the tracker on id.wialon.net as Gosafe G1C.
Perhaps the ID will match the IMEI or be part of it with 0 or not. Also for a given device it may be an ID that does not match the IMEI and is indicated separately on the tracker with or without 0.

My Sinotrack ST-902W connects by using legacy ident Gosafe G1C.
Port 21686.

Gosafe G1C is not in the list of supported devices. How can I connect device ST-902 now?

This device is in the Legacy category. When creating a device, first select this category, then the device type.
Since the ST-902 and ST-902W tracker can work with different protocols, please try first to identify your tracker on id.wialon.net as one of the devices Gosafe G91S, ST-902, Gosafe G1C.

hello! I lived in Thailand. I try to set ST-902W as G1C (193.193.165.166 port 21686), G91S ( port 20547), st-902 legacy (21583) and sinotrack st-902W (185.213.2.30 port 30205). All of these cannot connect to ruhavik. What should I try any devices(ip and port)? Thank’s for answer.

Dear sudhevsutasanasuang,

At the moment, Sinotrack is integrated into our system, so, you can try to choose the Sinotrack device type or Sinotrack ST-902W, then point the tracker to the specified IP and port.

Anyway, please provide us login, unit ID, screenshot of the device configuration (SMS commands and device’s answers) and link to this topic to support@gps-trace.com, then we will try to check and help.

I’ve already try both sinotrack st-902w legacy (193.193.165.166 port 21583),and sinotrack st-902w vehicle (185.213.2.30 port 30205) ,the device cannot connect to ruhavik.

Today I sms to setup the device point to 193.193.165.167 port 21853(st-902 legacy), 20547(g91s),, 30205 (st-903w vehicle), 21686 (g1c) , and try to find the device ID at id.wialon.net , but unfortunately not find my device.
Before, I have st-902 (2g) set as st-902 legacy mode and use as normal., but it break down so I have to chage to new ST-902W (3g) and cannot setup to work again. Thank you for the answer. I will capture my setup and contact to support@gps-trace.com later.
