dear sir i was trying to move my old unit to new account because i sold my car i take screeenshoot from the old account with the following details server 193.193.165.166 port 20222 id 001129270993 device category : no info device type : no info support of previously selected device is stopped.please use another device from the list but cannot select my device model because i don’t remember the model can you update me with the required configuration based on the data above? device model may was tk somthing can you help?

This port is from Xexun TK-103 device.
It is now in the Hardware device category.
Please try to select such data in the unit settings.
After that, you will need to configure the tracker to a new server and port specified in the unit menu - Settings - Common.
By default, the server is specified in the DNS format, if your tracker only supports the IP format of the server, then to see the IP format, click on the corresponding button next to the server value in the unit settings.
