First of all, please, try to identify your tracker on id.wialon.net as one of the Coban devices.
If your tracker is determined, write down model name of the tracker and the identified ID (may coincide with the IMEI, may be part of it with zero or without).
Return to the application in the unit settings (unit menu - Settings - Common Settings), specify the determined model and ID.
After that, configure the tracker on the defined server and port.
Then your device should start sending data (messages) to our server.

There are also a few things worth checking out on device’s side:
1) APN configuration
2) Sim-card balance and traffic limits
3) Device configuration by message sending interval
As for setting up the equipment, it is better to contact the manufacturer or dealer directly, and the information should also be in the manual for the device.
