My Xexun Tk103-2 is working with id.wialon.net when I point it to IP 193.193.165.167 and port 20462.
Ruhavik app wants me to set IP 193.193.165.37 and port 26731. However it doesn’t work when I point to this IP.
I have tried to reset all settings via sms.

If the tracker is defined on id.wialon.net, please make sure that in the application, in the unit settings, specify the same ID that was defined on id.wialon.net.
If everything is correct with this, please configure the tracker for the server and port in accordance with the unit’s settings. If there is no connection, please write to us at support@gps-trace.com indicating your username, as well as the IMEI and tracker model. Also please attach a screenshot where the tracker was identified on id.wialon.net.
