If the tracker is defined on id.wialon.net, please make sure that in the application, in the unit settings, specify the same ID that was defined on id.wialon.net.
If everything is correct with this, please configure the tracker for the server and port in accordance with the unit’s settings. If there is no connection, please write to us at support@gps-trace.com indicating your username, as well as the IMEI and tracker model. Also please attach a screenshot where the tracker was identified on id.wialon.net.
