A few questions about this product

Hi, I work for an HOA office - we have 1 bus, it drives around in circles all day, picking up residents and taking them to our Beach Club. Does your product provide the location of the shuttle?

We have a few questions before we proceed with getting a quote, please see below - can someone please answer these questions?

1.)What do oour residents see on the app?

2.) Is there an admin side?

3.)Do residents see the admin side? Or is there a separation? (we ask because we don’t want owners seeing our payment info and/or having any control over the shuttle)

4.) How are payments made?

5.) How much?

6.) How often?

7.) How does the app work?

We previously had Autobrain and all of the residents could see our credit card number. We want the residents to ONLY be able to track the shuttle and find out it’s location. The app must be downloadable to Apple and Androids.

I understand that you want to monitor the location of the bus and make location available for residents, right?

At the moment in the Ruhavik application there is no selection of the user with rights of the administrator and without, perhaps we will consider this possibility in the future.
However, given the number of residents, it is probably not small, and the fact that you want to make the location of the bus available to all residents, we can offer you the following option.
You can register in the application and only you or the administration that deals with this have access to this account. Then you connect the bus tracker to the application (another option, for example, you can install a special application on mobile phone which will replace the tracker if mobile phone will be used in the bus).
There is an ability to create a link for a Live Location in the application. The maximum link validity period can be set to one year. Then you can make this link available to all residents - distribute it in the general chat or on the website. At this link, residents will be able to observe the current location of the bus, but will not have access to an account or any additional data.
Following the link, residents will be able to see the location like this:

If it is necessary, you can delete the link in your account at any time and create a new one.

The main version of the application is free, and if you do not need additional features by subscription, you can use the free version.

If you are interested in additional features, then they can be subscribed through Google Play in the android version of the application. At the moment, the subscription is monthly, you can find out the cost in local currency on the Subscription Management tab in the application.
