Since trackers of different manufacturers and models work according to different protocols, it is difficult to say for sure whether your tracker corresponds to one of the protocols we support.
Please try to identify your tracker on id.wialon.net as one of the devices Rilla G19, ST-901, Xeelectech LK106.
If your tracker is determined, take a screenshot, write down the name of the model of the tracker and the identified ID (may coincide with the IMEI, may be part of it with zero or without; some devices have ID that doesn’t coincide with IMEI).

After that, return to the application in the unit settings (unit menu - Settings - Common), specify the determined model and ID. After that, configure the tracker on the defined server and port

      For CJ780, use Rilla G19 device type in Legacy section.
      As for cj720, use Xeelectech LK106 device type in Legacy section.
      Set the usual device IDs to connect.

          boa noite, eu consegui conectar o rastreador CJ720 na plataforma, gostaria de saber se o rastreador MV720 e o LK720 é o mesmo processo do CJ720 para conectar também na plataforma?
