Srs. boa noite.
Desde o dia 23 de janeiro meu rastreador parou de rastrear!
É um TLT-2N que inclusive não encontrei na lista de dispositivos integrados.
Não sei o que está ocorrendo!
Alguém poderia me dar algumas dicas do que checar?

If you did not find it in the list of devices, then could you please specify how which device did you connect it in the application?
Could you describe the situation in more detail?

You can see some data in the unit menu - Tools - Toolbox.

Also, please be sure to check that the SIM card or chip that you are using with the tracker is fine and that the data transfer limits are not exceeded and there are enough funds on it.

Tenho esse TLT-2N conectado e funcionando já tem uns 5 anos.
Na época foi cadastrado no site Orange, que depois virou Ruhavik.
Funcionava perfeitamente bem, porem desde 23 de janeiro não rastreia mais!

The application displays the data that comes from the tracker. First of all, please request the tracker for the current settings and current location via sms-command, please check that everything is correct.
Then please check that everything is fine with the SIM card or chip that you use with the tracker, including that it has enough funds and the data transfer limits are not exceeded on it.
If the situation is not resolved, then please indicate your username, as well as the IMEI and tracker model with which the problem arose.
