If you did not find it in the list of devices, then could you please specify how which device did you connect it in the application?
Could you describe the situation in more detail?
You can see some data in the unit menu - Tools - Toolbox.
Also, please be sure to check that the SIM card or chip that you are using with the tracker is fine and that the data transfer limits are not exceeded and there are enough funds on it.
