device imei changed

Device was working fine but after I connected it to gps-trace.cm it worked well for approx 3 days then suddenly it stopped working. always blinking gsm led. even after gps led gets stable gsm led keeps blinking. but when i put another sim to it gsm led gets stable for a few minutes within that few minutes if i call to gps device sim it replies with correct location but incorrect imei and date but after 5-6 minutes same happens again gsm led keeps blinking

maybe GT02 clone .

We can advise you to factory settings to reset. Also try to search for a more recent firmware and update it, if such an option is provided.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to help you with this, because different models of trackers and different manufacturers have different instructions and provided options.
The command to reset the settings is usually included in the instructions for the tracker.
Regarding the firmware update, if it is possible for your tracker, you can check the information with the seller or the manufacturer of the tracker.
