Can someone please help me?
I'm on it for hours!!!
device is TK110 it used to work in the past in the old system but now it's not working!
my IMEI is 355227044606432
when it used to work in the past it worked with this as ID: 027044606432

and now I can't even enter this ID even when I add 000 in the beginning and the IMEI itself also not working as ID.
when I try to get location by SMS google maps work great with it but I can't make it work here no matter what I try!
I'm starting to get crazy this is annoying!

Hey is it still working for you this way? It's not working for me with the same device I did exactly what you said

Hello, I've the same problem with my TK102 and at the moment there isn't any good configuration to work with new GPS Trace platform.

My GPS Tracker works with old platform at the moment becouse there isn't any solution for that  :-(

Hello, I've the same problem with my TK102 and at the moment there isn't any good configuration to work with new GPS Trace platform.

My GPS Tracker works with old platform at the moment becouse there isn't any solution for that  :-(

 

 

Dear users. As you know not all the devices are supported now, so are some Chinese trackers. 

We are now working on integration of all the devices that have been supported previously in GPS Trace 1.0. We plan to do it in Spetember.

Howdy!

 

I am unable to add Xexun trackers on the new v3 version.

 

I can configure them with no problems with the test page on id.wialong.net as always. The unit (TK102-2) shows up fine on id.wialong.net as any kind of Xexun tracker I try (TK102, TK102-2, even TK103-2).

 

When I create one on the new platform, the new information I am supposed to use is 193.193.165.37 and port 32329 (old one used to be 193.193.165.166 and 20668 for TK102-2). But the unit never comes online on the new platform.

I have been using the new platform for two days. I connected a Concox CRX3 and everything worked easily. The platform has basic functionality, but enough to do unprofessional tracking. Just would like to ask you to show ACC ON / OFF, CUT ON / OFF, and show time on maps when I click at line track.

Hi.

Thank you for adding the option to turn on automatic tracking of the object's movement, but why do you turn the map zoom to the maximum? It is not possible to change it when the function is switched on because the zoom will switch back to max.

Is there any way to adjust the maximum zoom function?

 

Another thing is that in the mobile version (android), when the data connection is lost, the application freezes and when is connection restored data cannot be reloaded, and I can only close and reopen aplication.

Unfortunatly my Concox GT06N does not work anymore with 1.0. The device was migrated to 3.0 as MQTT at Port 1883. The only thing I can see is that the app receive "something" every 3 minutes but there is no trackinformation at all. If I select "Concox GT06N" in "Device type" and I fill in the IMEI of the device, the port change to Port 32921 but then I only can see the Battery Level. Also I get the message "There are no coordinates from the unit". What can I do to make the Concox work again in 3.0, or even better, make in work again in 1.0? 1.0 was great!!

Hi, @poza can you tell me please how to see battery status on the my gps? I'm using GL 300 for my Tochter and with old gps trace i can see when I need to change bat with new gps trace i don't see
