Anyway, if your device has stopped sending messages, first of all, check on the tracker side:
- SIM card balance and traffic limits on it
- Data sending intervals and tracker operation mode
- The tracker may have entered sleep mode or some settings have gone wrong.
- APN settings(should be checked with mobile provider)
It is best to contact the device manufacturer or dealer for the tracker settings, as they are better versed in their product and its features
