Have you tried connecting your device as Vega EGTS?
Please try to identify your tracker on id.wialon.net as one of the devices Vega EGTS, EGTS
If your tracker is determined, take a screenshot, write down the name of the model of the tracker and the identified ID (may coincide with the IMEI, may be part of it with zero or without).
If the device is identified as Vega EGTS, then you can connect it directly in the application. If only as EGTS, then please write to us at support@gps-trace.com and attach screenshot when tracker was determined on id.wialon.net and also indicate tracker’s model and IMEI.
