Since trackers of different manufacturers and models work according to different protocols, it is difficult to say for sure whether your tracker corresponds to one of the protocols we support.
Please try to select in the unit settings:
Device Category - LEGACY
Device Type - ZTEWelink VM6200S
And then configure the device to the server and port specified in the unit settings:
Server Host - 193.193.165.166
Port - 21354
