Thank you for your suggestion. We will consider such opportunity when the user can set his own setting value for “No message” notification period or increase this value.
Could you say more about what setting you would put yourself if you had such an opportunity?
In order not to receive unnecessary messages, in this case it is necessary that the maximum interval through which the tracker sends messages when moving and without it, was less than the set time for reporting the absence of messages. For example, the tracker usually sends messages at least once every 10 minutes, then it is better to choose 15 minutes for the absence of messages, since the tracker may have minimal difference (+/-) in inerval period and this will allow not to receive unnecessary messages.
If, due to the lack of communication or poor connection, the tracker did not transmit data and it did not arrive at the server at the time interval you specified and you received a notification about this, then notification informed you exactly about what it was intended for, is it not so in this situation ?
At the moment, this notification indicates the absence of any message with and without coordinates, since there are trackers that, when the car does not move, send messages without coordinates, only about the state of the tracker, to confirm that the tracker is working.
