If this situation is due to the fact that the data is first written to the black box in connection with the corresponding settings of the tracker, and then sent to the server, then you can try to set shorter intervals for sending data to the server in accordance with the instructions for the tracker.
However, if, for example, a tracker usually sends data quickly and only occasionally from a black box, then it is possible due to some places where there is a poor level of communication. Therefore, the tracker cannot transfer data in accordance with the settings and accordingly saves and transfers them later. In this case, changing the settings will not change the situation.
You can in the unit menu - Tools - Toolbox - the section with messages at the bottom, see how often messages arrive with a delay. They will be highlighted in yellow, orange or red depending on the length of the delay.
