Currently whenever I stop a trip the app sends me repeating notifications that stopped the trip and if I passed through one of my geo fence I get those repeat message also, entered geo fence… exit geo fence…
Any idea what’s causing it?
This situation may be related to data recalculation if your tracker sends part of the data from the black box later than the rest of the data. In this case, the data is processed again and you may receive a second notification.
You can check in the Toolbox (unit menu - Tools - Toolbox - section with messages at the bottom) if your tracker is sending data from the black box. Black box messages that arrive later will be highlighted in yellow, red or orange, depending on how late they arrived.
ashe I see… but is there any way at all that it can be fixed? Do you think deleting and adding back the device would fix this issue ?
In this case, you can try to configure the tracker so that it immediately sends data without delay, saving it to a black box.
For our part, we plan to work on improving the application in the future to handle such cases.
