If you have a problem with sending a command from the Setbox, please describe it in more detail. You can also see that the setting was sent and whether it was accepted in the unit menu - Tools - Toolbox - logs sections at the top.
If the problem is related to the fact that messages are received with a delay, then check the tracker settings. Perhaps at the moment messages are first saved to a black box and then sent in batches.
Also, make sure your tracker is set to timezone 0 (UTC) regardless of your location. If not, do this setting please.
If the problem is related to something else, please describe it in more detail, specify the login and IMEI (ID) of the tracker which the problem occurred with, and, if possible, attach a screenshot describing the problem.
