All conditions of a premium account are visible when subscribing and you can see them in User Settings - Subscription management. At the moment in premium account in addition to free functions, you get the following:

We understood that another person signed up for you on another phone, but it is yours google account was used or another person’s?
If that’s yours, then you can manage your subscription from your google account on any device.
If your Google account was not used, then the management of this subscription and, accordingly, the paying is probably made from the account of this person. In this case, you need to contact him with a question.
