Could you check if your time zone was set correctly?
Regardless of your location, please set up time zone 0 (UTC) on the tracker. After that, approximately within a day, you will need to wait until the messages received earlier are updated.
You can try setting up a timezone via an SMS command or via a command in the Setbox, if there is one for your tracker.
If everything is fine with the timezone setting or a day after changing it to 0 (UTC) the situation will not improve, please write us your username, IMEI and tracker model and attach a video screenshot, if it is possible, where it will be seen that the tracking function is not working.
