You will not be able to create the same unit if it is already registered in a previous account until you delete it.

I have the same problem. Did not use my account for some time, APP tells me “you have been signed out”, username and password did not work, used “forgot password”, password reset by e-mail, new password, can login, but my device does not exist anymore. Tried to add my device, got the “id exists” error. Write now an e-mail to support@gps-trace.com.
