hello want to ask I have a rilla 19 gps unit, to be able to go online at ruhavik my parameter is 193.193.165.166 20275, which is the problem why my gps unit is often offline while the unit is in open space, is there a similarity in the Rilla 19 gps unit so that I can move maybe to a port with a stronger signal, thanks

Unfortunately we cannot advise you any other port to use, also the problem you are writing about is not related to the port you use. Could you please describe a particular time and situation when it happened, attach screenshots if possible? At the moment we see that the unit with the mentioned IMEI works fine but it has another settings not the ones you have mentioned before. Have you changed the device’s settings recently?
