Please make sure that you have configured your tracker to APN mobile operator access point, to the defined server and port using SMS-commands according to the tracker’s instruction and your mobile operator rules. Check if the tracker is turned on, request the settings from your tracker on its location, date/time and check if the received information is correct. Send us please this screenshot.
Also you should make sure that the SIM card is working and its balance is positive and if the data transfer limits are not exceeded.
You can try to identify your tracker on id.wialon.net as a device Autofon Mayak v5.
If your tracker is determined, take a screenshot, write down the name of the model of the tracker and the identified ID (may coincide with the IMEI, may be part of it with zero or without). Send us please this screenshot so that we can see it is identified.
After that, return to the application in the unit settings (unit menu - Settings - Common Settings), specify the determined model and ID. After that, configure the tracker on the defined server and port.
