To create a unit in a new account you have to delete not the account but the unit with the similar ID in the previous account. Unfortunately we can not delete units from our users accounts as well as disclose information about our users accounts for their security purposes.
You should use the “Forget password?” option on our website https://ruhavik.gps-trace.com/ and check all your existing e-mails including Spam folders. After that you will have the opportunity to change the password, enter the account and delete the appropriate unit. Could you please specify wether you created a unit with the mentioned IMEI and then forgot the email or why you do not know the email?
