TK 102 : issues with the initial config.

I have an old TK-102 and use to be mobiltracker app user (android) and, taking a look at your app + reviews, I found out very interesting and have been trying to use it but unfortunately, I´m not having success with the initial config. …,

after several attempts using some youtube videos to learn, the basic issue is : I am able to register my tracker in the app, sent the SMS also registering the IP + Port through the command : admin 123456 12741.flespi.gw(IP) 26731(Port), as you can see in the attached (#1), however, it doesn’t connect with the satellites fleet, as you can see in the attach. (#2) : “…no info…” – are you able to assist me?

Unfortunately we cannot open your enclosed screenshots.
Is it correct that your tracker model is TK-102? First please try to identify your tracker on id.wialon.net as one of the devices Xexun, Coban, Concox.
If your tracker is determined, take a screenshot, write down the name of the model of the tracker and the identified ID (may coincide with the IMEI, may be part of it with zero or without).
After that, return to the application in the unit settings (unit menu - Settings - Common Settings), specify the determined model and ID. After that, configure the tracker on the defined server and port.
Also when configuring your tracker you can try to indicate IP server format instead of DNS format 12741.flespi.gw (to see it, click the IP button next to the server value). You can read more information here https://forum.gps-trace.com/d/586-ip-and-dns-server-formats-in-the-application

Hello I have seen the post and I would like some answer with the problems when configuring the tk905 device because it is always connected as never before.
I do not understand the following instruction : “Point your tracker to the channel’s domain name:port via SMS or configuration tool provided by the vendor.”
because in the device configuration there is nothing to configure the pi address.

If I understand correctly, you are here because you are trying to connect your device to the Ruhavik app.
In this case, the IP address and port can be found in the Common settings of the unit in the application.
To find this, go to the Unit menu(three vertical dots on the unit card) - then Settings - Common.

Then you need to configure your device with the IP address and port specified there.
Most often this is done using special SMS commands sent to the device. If you do not know how to do this, please refer to the instructions for the device, or contact the manufacturer or seller of the device.
