Ruhavik stop working

Hello ….last 5 days is not working at all…app is updated but still not working,any help?

You can see the messages received from your tracker in Unit menu - Tools – Toolbox.
If your tracker stopped sending messages first of all you should check if the tracker is turned on, check its settings, data transmission intervals, whether the port and server are configured correctly, the SIM card is working and its balance is positive and if the data transfer limits are not exceeded. Also request the settings and location from the tracker and check if the received information is correct.
After doing this if the problem still occurs please write to us via support@gps-trace.com mentioning your login, tracker IMEI and model.
