To check if your tracker is sending any data and if it is connected please choose Unit menu – Tools – Toolbox where below you can see messages section.
You can try to ask the tracker for data on the current location and date and check that it is valid. Also try to query the current tracker settings and check the server and port, and that data transfer is enabled and data transfer intervals are configured.
Also, please try to check if the data transfer limits on the SIM card or tracker chip are not exceeded (this sometimes happens).
