This answer is due to the fact that you are trying to register an account with an email that is already associated with an existing account. Probably you already had an account in our old applications and it is valid in the Ruhavik application as well.
Unfortunately, at the moment, the reason for the refusal of registration is displayed incorrectly, we will try to fix it as soon as possible.
You can use your old account. If you want to register a new account you need to use an email that is not associated with any of the accounts.
