GT560 doen not work anymore?

Hello,
I use a GPSTek UltraTrack Care GT560 Tracker for a long time, but since a view days it does not work anymore? I can see the data sent by the tracker and costs at the mobile network owner.
But the new App does not show anything anymore.
I can see in the App at the settings Device Category Legacy and Device Type No Info (select from the list).
I tried to find the tracker but no clue?
I have more than one, at another there is Port different, 20706, which device has this port, maybe another Device Type has this port and it would work again?

Old settings are still supported, if the unit continues to send data there is no need to change the settings.
The port 20706 you are writing about is the old data for the current device:
Device Category - Hardware
Device Type - Queclink GL300
Please try to select this device in the unit settings and then configure the tracker to the appropriate port and tracker. At the moment, server data is displayed for this category in two DNS and IP formats. If your tracker does not support DNS server format, configure it for the IP format, you can see more about it here https://forum.gps-trace.com/d/586-ip-and-dns-server-formats-in-the-application
If this does not solve your problem, write in more detail to our email - support@gps-trace.com, also indicate your username, as well as the model and IMEI of the tracker with which you had a problem.

Hi ashe,

thx for support.
I am not realy familiar with programming the tracker via sms (do not have any description on it).
Use 4 of the trackers and 3 are working fine (but I do not get any notifications via emails??).
The IP they use ist 193.193.165.166 and Port 20706.
Would like to come back at my forth tracker to this settings….

Unfortunately, you cannot return unit settings to how it was. Old settings were maintained for old users until they were changed.
At the moment, you can only try to configure the unit for the current type of device and configure the tracker on the port and server in accordance with this.
However, how did you previously configure your previous trackers? You should have instructions for trackers when you bought them.
