FMB204 Alerts not visible.

Hi, I configured Teltonika FMB204 to use GPS Trace. I can see location but unfortunately I cannot see any alerts like Towing or power disconnected notifications. Besides what data protocol should I use Codec 8 or Codec 8 Extended?

In Teltonika there should be a list of parameters that they send, if you want parameters with numbers greater than 256 to come, then you need to use protocol Codec 8 Extended
You can see all the types of notifications that are currently available for setting in the Application in the unit menu - Settings - Notifications
If you want other types of notifications to appear in the future, then write to us about them in more detail, please, so that we can consider the possibility of their implementation.

Thanks. In mobile app I have selected all notifications including Alarm Events. Unfortunately Towing alarm doesn’t pop-up.
Also is not visible via Web interface in Events section. I’m receiving SMS messages but no interaction with RuHavik/GPS-Trace.

Unfortunately, at the moment the alarm notification implies only an SOS notification.
Unfortunately, there is no notification of towing in the application, as not all types of devices have it. Perhaps new types of notifications will appear in the future.

Me too, although I gave all permissions to ruhavik,auto start etc(everything),I don’t receive pop up/alarm notifications. Notification only shows if I enter the menu into the app

If you do not receive push notifications, please try to log out the application and log in again. If this does not help, please try reinstalling the application.
